Facing complete loss of your home from water or fire damage is never what one expects. But moving forward and starting a new life should be.
We have rebuilding experience working with insurance companies in complete loss and restoration due to water and fire damage. Our experience working with insurance companies maximizes the value of your rebuild that other builders may not provide.
You can rely on Montorio's process to re-build your home after fire or water damage and get to where you need to be. Our cooperative process involves you from the time you make your decision to work with us until well after you move back in. We can work within your budget and assist you with every step of your build, from helping you through the contract to guiding you through the home’s finishing selections.
The first phase of the build starts with the contract. We get the blueprints finalized, architecturally approved, if required, and obtain the appropriate permits. Then, you'll refine product selections for the home and we'll begin construction. After the lot is staked out and we've cleaned up the excavation, poured the basement walls, and back-filled, we'll start framing the home.
When we have the home framed and the roof is on, we will have you walk through, review the framing and confirm placements for electrical rough-ins. This stage of construction is also when we do plumbing rough-ins and insulating the home prior to drywall installation and taping. We'll install the finishing touches in the home and incorporate the aesthetic selections such as light fixtures, flooring and paint.
After the home is in your possession, we do an initial and a 3-month walk-through and inspection. Ask us for details.
We have a ‘no incidence rating’ with our insurance warranty.
